“54 Days of Roses”- Catholic Rosary Novena
Welcome to 54 Days of Roses, a Catholic podcast dedicated to the miraculous 54-day Rosary Novena. I'm your host, Maritza Mendez. This is a podcast for those who seek answers to a particular prayer. We are currently praying live on YouTube at 7 AM Pacific Time from now until the end of April. Join us live each morning
Together we will pray the first 27 days in petition, followed by 27 days in thanksgiving, even if our prayers have yet to be granted. This podcast is a beautiful devotion that will help you pray the Rosary daily. If you would like us to pray for your intentions and mention your first name on the podcast, please submit your prayer request on our website at 54daysofroses.com.

Hello family, and welcome to day 49 of our 54-Day Rosary Novena. I’m your host, Maritza Mendez, and I’m so grateful you’re here today.
We are still praying in thanksgiving, trusting that God is already at work in our lives, even if the journey continues.
Today we pause to celebrate something beautiful: spiritual sobriety.
Spiritual sobriety is not just about walking away from addiction or harmful habits. It’s about clarity. It’s about choosing God again and again. It’s about being awake to His presence in our lives.
Spiritual sobriety looks like choosing prayer over escape. truth over denial. humility over pride, peace over chaos.
It doesn’t mean life is perfect. It means our hearts are more honest, more grounded, and more open to grace.
Today we thank God for every clear moment, every right choice, every step toward freedom, even the small ones. Because spiritual sobriety is a gift, and it’s worth celebrating.
Our prayer today is: “Lord, thank You for the clarity, freedom, and grace You are restoring in my life.”
If you are keeping up with your journal, ask yourself where have I noticed more clarity, peace, or honesty in my spiritual life?
Let's begin.
Blessed Mother, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, today we thank God for the gift of spiritual sobriety, for clear minds, softened hearts, and lives rooted more deeply in Him.
We especially pray for Al, Albert, David, Fabiola, Hank, Jennifer, Jose, Judy, Karen, Kim, Kristin, Lilly, Maria Alejandra, Marianne, Maryellen, Nicole, Patricia, Thalia, Tina, Wendy.
And we also pray for all the intentions of everyone who is joining in prayer today.
With love,
Maritza Mendez.
